I grew up playing in the sandbox, going on bike rides, and having lemonade stands with my cousin Jenna. Our families were really close, so we got to spend a lot of time together. We took being cousins very seriously–we even made “cousin club” t-shirts with our siblings that involved handprints and puff paint. (Did you even grow up in the 90’s if you didn’t own several items of clothing embellished with puff paint?) Fast forward to now…we’re all grown up and it’s clear, from the way she and Carl and their kiddos laugh and have fun together, that she has created her own little club.
